Today on NPR

Mar 14, 2005, 09:28am EST

Knuth interviewed on NPR. Apparently, he sometimes uses Google’s computational resources. I never knew that.

Blogs and Journalism is the subject of Forum on NPR right now.

It turns out that NPR is the only non-internet media I digest.

Does anyone know of an easy way to listen to clips from NPR’s website from *nix? Maybe a greasemonkey script that creates links that I can pass to mplayer?

Or you could use the Mplayer plugin, perhaps Gentoo: emerge mplayerplug-in Ubuntu: sudo apt-get -t hoary install mozilla-mplayer
