sketchBuddy

For a class (CS397bpb) we (Rohit T, Visheesh, Sumit) wrote a chat application
that allows you to sketch a picture or type in text to send to the other
person.  This should work on any windows system, but it requires messing
around with text files to configure who you want to connect to.  Maybe
someday I'll go back and add a GUI to allow users to set the settings, but
since this is a windows application, I doubt it.
