firefox-extensions/tippy

Firefox extension that adds some more tooltips and
favicons.  It's kind of like cutemenus, but for menu
items with urls rather than fixed menu items.

TODO:
 + Go/History menu icons/tooltips
 + grab livemark descriptions and cram into tooltip
   (or add a context menu?)
 + tooltip on root livemark
